Whatever: The Art and The Party

Last night I danced and jumped around. I have never jumped or danced around that long for so long. My legs and my arms hurt. My buddy Daria is in town so we went all out and partied with her. It was super nice to see old faces that I have not seen for a while. In January when she is back, the saga will continue. So if you want to have a great time with friendly people..Tokyo Bar in Hollywood ( right next to Beauty Bar) is the place to be.

My other friend is also in town and I am so excited to see him and take him around. It has been a long time since the last time I saw him at the airport in Thailand. Now I want to continue to the topic that I planed to talk about. Art

Matt Greene : Surrender!

I was in Soho over a week ago and had a chance to visit Deitch Projects, the cool art gallery, there and checked out Matt Greene exhibition. I captured his works and it just remind me so much of city lights, sex, Madonna, freedom and 60's sex siren. I show my friends pics that I took and the first word he refered to this exhibition is Feminist..I agreed with him. His object are free spirit, smart, sassy and sexy women who live their lives in a big city where they are just another female in male dominated world. These women are having fun and just don't care how people categorized them and judge...I walked out of the exhibition feeling less empty and happy that I am here not and now 300 years ago.

Whatever: NYC Trip 2006

I am back from the East Coast and I must admit that I miss the weather and the convenient of taking public transportation everywhere while I was there. I am starting my new job on Monday and that is one more thing to look forward to before the year ends.

I had so much fun on this trip. I finally realized that I can go places and visit places or even have dinner or lunch by myself anytime and anywhere. I am thankful for my lovely hosts and their hospitility. I also enjoyed the new city and will always appreciate my friendship with others. Thanks for holding my hands while I complained about my family and my seriously troublesome life ha ha ha.. Om ok actually I dont think it is seriously troublesome life that I have...it just my overloaded attitude that need to be adjusted. Again my mom always told me I am a super woman and I guess I need to get rid of that attitude.

Back to my happy time now! I was in Boston for a week before headed to NYC. It was raining the whole time on our first day but we fought against all odds and walked around town. The Macy's parade was cute. Central park was kind of cold but I still want to have picnic there one day. Bryant Park and the ice skating is exactly what I need to see. Christmas trees and lights are everywhere in NYC and I just love to visit there again next year.

Ok enough of the talking...Here are some pictures from the NYC trip...

Christmas Tree in NYC.. Lovely.

I will upload some more pictures in the near future.
